Comments: Notes During The Day

Anne, you are making me nervous. Maybe you are thinking too much? Just relax, get something nice with lots of calories and whipped cream (I don't think that counts as 'doping' in the Olympic context), enjoy and keep on "whining" if that's what you think you are doing. Over here we are happy for every sensible voice we hear from your side of the Atlantic.

Actually, Bengt, I was just babbling randomly. I do that a lot. :)

I don't know about official Olympic restictions on whipped cream, but I'm not worried.

I'm much more worried about a potential violation involving Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Truffle Core premium ice cream. :) It's caloric enough to make whipped cream superfluous.

Glad you sound like you're going another year. I was sad that Jeff quit at Notes On The Atrocities. Messes with my blogroll when people quit.

Great meta-post, Anne! For what it's worth, I echo a lot of your feelings right on down the line.

Was I being meta? I thought I was just babbling. :)

Sometimes I fear my readers take me much more seriously than I take me.

Maybe I should have a picture taken with my eyes crossed and my tongue sticking out, and post it on my blog?

Of course, that wouldn't always be appropriate to my mood...but I could have half a dozen pictures taken, all expressing different moods and change as appropriate.

Or, I could just just keep babbling and trust to the (proven) intelligence of my readers to figure things out for themselves.
