I heard an interview with one of the major cell phone providers, and this seems to be a myth. He said that cell users are already protected against telemarketers and there's no intention of anyone changing that. They can't even get providers to agree to a cell phone "white pages".

I had my doubts, but it came from a reliable source.... Word is that the "protections" cells phones have are being lifted.

I've seen several reports in the last few days on various news agencies stating that the cell phone thing is a hoax.

Hmph.

Well...it's been a long time since I was tricked with one of those. I guess I was past due.
