Poor little guy.

There was a thing in the paper recently about some homeless shelters here in Vancouver... apparently they only let people in if the temperature plummets below -4C.

So this reporter called Mr. Big Stuff at the health department and he was all, "Dude, what the hell?" Because you know, -4C isn't the magic number that means you will die of exposure if you sleep outside.
