On the domestic front, I'd also include:
+(real) election reform, including: an election season no longer than six weeks, including all primaries; banning all paid political advertisements, print or electronic (we've got to get the money out of this system somehow).
+re-regulation of the media, including ownership limits.

And on the international front, no list of priorities is complete without complete third world debt forgiveness (unconditional, no demands made by WTO or World Bank for limits on national spending on welfare, unemployment, or other social services).

Just some grist for the mill...

I intended my "voting reform" to cover election reform.

"Debt forgiveness" is a more complicated issue. I don't understand enough about it to estimate the repercussions. That worries me a bit.

On the other hand, many "experts" seem to favor it, which inclines me to support the idea.
