Comments: What? Me Care?

I personally think that the way Mr. Bolton was appointed is just another sign that Mr. Bush is losing his grip. He will become the longest serving US lame duck president.

I have written about the Bolton appointment on my Swedish blog and noted that nobody from the Bush-hugging part of the Swedish blogosphere (and believe me: it is not a small part) has written on this issue. Apparently it is an embarrassing matter.

Bengt, I remember when Reagan was in office, there was the same phenomenon. The European Rightwing crowed loudly over his (few) accomplishments and met such things as the Iran-Contra scandal with embarrassed silence.

Still, Hal, some days I find I'm just exhausted from the effort of being furious all the time.

No doubt my energy will return.
