Comments: Well, ick

Wait, so now you're providing evidence in support of Justice Scalia's point about not using international courts' rulings in US cases?

Justice Breyer vs. Justice Scalia debate

JUSTICE ANTONIN SCALIA: Well, most of those questions should be addressed to Justice Breyer because -- (laughter) -- because I do not use foreign law in the interpretation of the United States Constitution.

(later on)

JUSTICE BREYER: What's more important to me is the use of foreign law in dozens and dozens of much less glamorous cases.

I hope he's not talking about hate law or rape cases..
