I don't know about the cruise thing -- I'm surprisingly ignorant about the costs and economics of cruises, considering the share of our economy made up by people who come off the three hundred dockings each year -- but if you're coming to "volcano island" we might be able to ameliorate your lodging expenses for a couple of nights.... Though we might have to have a talk about heat and humidity first.

That's the nicest offer I've had in a long time! :) As it happens, I was thinking of a round-trip cruise, so I wouldn't need lodging.
