Seems that's about all the news outlets I've read are talking about this time.

Most NPR program segments can be selectively heard via computer, and often can be downloaded as podcasts.

I am beyond grumpy at being VERY GOOD at my [d-word] the last two weeks (except for those two..er three anniversary dinners last weekend) and I havne't lost an ounce that I can tell.

Sorry, Meg, but the D-word really is banned in comments. I got hit with 500+spam comments one weekend, mostly based on that word, so I had to shut it down.
