Didn't Kerry get into a bit of trouble talking about taking world opinion seriously? I seem to remember something like that.

I couldn't imagine a system which would give any weight to non-citizens, no. Can you imagine if they were the tiebreakers....

Face it, Kerry was mostly in trouble for daring to run against Rove's choice for office.

Back on topic, I think this voting thing is interesting. I keep thinking about how local, regional, and international politics could be affected by such a system. I'm fascinated, even if it is just an intellectual exercise.

Especially as a citizen of the USofA. We have such impact all around the world, but the "average" USofA citizen thinks so little about the rest of the world.

I'm going to watch this link. It may be unscientific and even completely inaccurate, but I can't help thinking it will be an interesting perspective.
