It's cold and rainy here, and my chance to wind down a bit before the final deluge (finals start hitting my desk Thursday afternoon; grades are due Monday noon) is being sucked up with a cold.

Welcome to geezerhood! And welcome to AAA! I don't need them too often, but they're damned useful when you do. Plus, you get all the maps and tourguides you want. I love maps :) Not to mention they do auto insurance and travel planning and all kinds of stuff.

At the very least, it's reassuring to know that the next time I forget to turn off my headlights, someone will have to come and help me.
