
Aren't there lawyers for this sort of thing? Unless I'm missing something, it's fraud, not to mention abuse of bankruptcy, which is its own category of actually criminal behavior.
Unless your putative bosses have completely lost the will to profit from your labors, couldn't they be making some of their lost money back suing the crap out of these goniffs?

The pair o'Nuts is a more complicated situation. They just walked off--abandoned. I don't know about their debt situation (aside from what they owe us and their overdue Webstrainer bill).
Both of them will be sued over the non-compete agreements they signed. The only problem is, legal actions cost money--and we don't have that much cash these days.
