So, you leg cramp suffering person, are you taking calcium supplements? Because if you're not, you should. It's good for your bones and helps prevent leg cramps.

No, I don't take calcium--I'm not a big pill-swallower. I have nonfat yogurt every day and I eat cheese a few times a week, so I'm calciumed-up. (Anyhow, I thought it was potassium that helped with cramps?)

I suspect the cramp had as much or more to do with the 30 minutes I spent standing in the blacktop parking lot, chatting with the two of them, as anything else. I love my Fabulous Shoes and they're very comfy, but I'm just not used to standing around in 2" heels for long periods of time.
