For fresh salmon, try Costco. No, really. I can't get good fresh seafood here in Vegas, either. But Costco has nice big salmon pieces at reasonable prices.

Of course the one, most important thing in that whole silly "diet" is the one everyone will ignore and that's why it's put on the end: "Exercise every day." That's the key to better health, period - moderate and regular exercise and sensible eating. We all know it. We've all been told it repeatedly. But we don't want to hear it. And that's why silly fad diets thrive.
